Extension and alterations to 16 Park Avenue, Farningham Park, Orpington
The existing property has been extended completely across the rear elevation and has a new feature entrance porch and gable projection.
The new design has five bedrooms and a cinema room at first and second floor. The original property had three bedrooms and three reception rooms.
The ground floor has four reception rooms and an integral double garage.

The staircase is positioned in the centre of the house and has a skylight in the roof.
