Two storey living room extension to dwelling in Chipstead conservation area.
New glass and timber framed extension to a property in Chipstead, Sevenoaks.
Internal view looking down onto the driveway. The design was carefully scrutinised by the planners as the property falls with the conservation area of Chipstead. The large glazed area had to be carefully designed to comply with heat loss under the building regulations.
